• Developed a broad integration with Office 365. With this single sign-on approach, students and faculty took seamless advantage of email and calendar tools, video streaming capabilities via Skype and real-time chat capabilities via Yammer which provided a richer user experience.

• Developed an online exam tool which allowed students to take an exam securely within our own LMS which could be optionally proctored by our partner organization ProctorU. The university now runs approximately 2,000 exams online each month.

• Developed a customized web dashboard for the sales team to increase visibility on key metrics, reduce the clicks needed to accomplish their job and integrated with our VoIP phone system. Recovered an average of 20% of the sales team’s day leading to higher productivity and an increase of conversions rates by 3%.
